  • Yes. We require a credit card to secure reservations, and a $20 per person hold will appear as a pending charge on your statement. This is not an actual charge—it will only be processed if you cancel within 12 hours of your reservation or do not show up.

  • Last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact both our team and other guests hoping to dine with us. We plan each service carefully, from staffing to ingredients, and this policy helps us create the best experience for everyone by keeping tables available for those who truly want them.

  • Our community table is a large, shared dining space located between our bar and open-view pasta-making room. It features a wide-format butcher’s block table, where guests sit side by side in a communal setting. You may be seated alongside multiple parties, making it a great option for solo diners, smaller groups, or those who enjoy a lively, social atmosphere. It’s also one of the best spots to watch our pasta-making in action.

  • We know parking in Downtown Raleigh can be tricky, especially on weekends, but here are some tips to help: There is 2-hour paid parking in front of the restaurant, along South Harrington Street (which is free after 6 pm and on weekends). The Dillon Parking Deck, located just a block away, offers $2/hr parking. You’ll also find paid parking next to our neighbors, Videri Chocolate Factory, in The Depot on W Davie Street. Additionally, you can sometimes find free parking behind Figulina, along Commerce Place. We hope this makes your visit easier, and please feel free to reach out if you need further information!

  • For parties of eight or more, an automatic 20% gratuity will be added to the bill.

  • Given we have the availability, absolutely! We reserve most of our patio for walk-ins and we typically have a couple of seats available at our bar reserved for walk-ins.

  • We do accept reservations at our bar to ensure a spot for guests who prefer this area, but we also keep a few spaces open for walk-ins. Whether you have a reservation or are stopping by on a whim, we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

While we do our best to provide a comfortable experience, please note that in the event of extreme weather, we may not be able to offer alternative indoor seating. While a credit card hold of $20/pp is required to secure your reservation, rest assured there will be no charge if we need to cancel due to inclement weather.

  • At Figulina, we strive to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests. Our dining experience is designed with adults and older children in mind, but we understand that every child is unique. We kindly encourage families with children under 5 to consider whether our environment aligns with their needs and comfort.

However, for guests with celiac disease or severe gluten sensitivity, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Our open pasta-making room is in the center of the dining space, and flour particles are likely present in the air. That said, please make us aware of your allergy, and we will take every reasonable precaution to prioritize your safety.

  • This is one of the more limiting dietary restrictions on our menu, but we do have options. Our fresh extruded pasta can be prepared "aglio e olio" (tossed with garlic, chili flakes, and olive oil). Additionally, if you speak with your server, they will work with our chef to identify all available options for you.

Please note that reservations running 15 minutes late or more will be canceled or moved to a different area of our dining room given we have the availability. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you!
